Question 1: Do you support or oppose the legalization of recreational marijuana? *
Question 2: Gov. Wolf has proposed a severance tax on natural gas drilling in Pennsylvania. Do you support or oppose implementing such a tax? *
Question 3: Historically, hunters and farmers have been at odds when it comes to the issue of Sunday hunting in Pennsylvania. Do you support or oppose hunting to be allowed on Sundays? *
Question 4: There currently is a proposal that attempts to meet in the middle by authorizing hunting on Sundays, while also increasing the penalties for those who trespass on private property while hunting. Do you support or oppose this proposal? *
Question 5: There is a proposal to eliminate school property taxes by shifting the tax to an increased and expanded sales tax at 7% and increased Personal Income Tax to 5.95%. Do you support or oppose this tax shift? *
Question 6: There was a strong push for an elimination of the criminal statute of limitations for sexual crimes committed against children. A retroactive, two-year window would then be created to allow victims of child sexual abuse whose statute of limitations has already expired the opportunity to sue their abusers.
